Cenomi’s natural synergies, created through its operating companies, deliver immersive, omnichannel and exciting lifestyle experiences. Cenomi is also a leading player within 10 International markets across MENA and the CIS where we are focusing on bringing the same integrated experiences to life for international consumers.
Cenomi was founded in 1990 by Fawaz Alhokair and his two brothers, Abdulmajid and Salman, with the opening of two menswear stores in Riyadh. This was the start of a journey that would lead to the company becoming a leading retail and shopping center player in the region. It would also be the beginning of a relationship with major international retail groups such as Inditex, Apple, Decathlon, Subway and many others.

Mohamad Mourad
Group Managing Director and CEO
Mohamad joined Cenomi in January 2022. He brings close to three decades of experience in top tier technology companies in both Silicon Valley and the MENA region and most recently was Vice President at online retail giant Instacart.
Abdulmajid Al Basri
Group Chief Financial Officer
Abdulmajid joined Cenomi in January 2018. He brings almost 20 years of experience in portfolio and financial management, financial analysis and auditing.
Alfie Gibbs
Chief Retail Development Officer
Alfie joined Cenomi in September 2022. With over three decades of international retail experience, Alfie has worked in senior leadership roles with some of the most prominent retail and real estate organizations including Dubai Holding, Majid Al Futtaim shopping malls, Aldar, Jumeriah Group and Nakheel.
Marwan Moukarzel
Group CEO International
Marwan took on his current role with Cenomi Group in March 2022, having spent more than three years leading Cenomi Retail (formally Fawaz Alhokair Fashion Retail Co) as CEO and supporting the company’s growth locally and in strategic international market.
Myf Bagnold
Group Chief Marketing Officer
Myf joined Cenomi Group in August 2022. She brings two decades of retail and real estate marketing expertise, holding global leadership roles with renowned industry names including Westfield and Nestle.
Wassim Kabbara
Group Chief Operations Officer
Wassim joined Cenomi in April 2022. With close to two decades of experience, Wassim has built an impressive track record in digital innovation across the major technology companies of Google and YouTube.
